Been using the BodyICE gel compression knee sleeve for about a few weeks post surgery and it's been a genuine upgrade to my recovery. Full coverage around the joint, stays cold, easy to use daily. Highly recommend for anyone in recovery and recommend getting 2 so you can always have them on rotation!
In principle they are fine and very good value. The issue is that first one split ( and began to leak) and now the other has gone the same way. To your credit, you did replace the first one promptly but I fear the second has sprung a leak after any statutory return policy or guarantee has elapsed.

Genuinely can’t recommend my Body Ice knee ice pack enough. It’s been a game changer for my recovery. It really does manage my pain and reduce any swelling. Super comfortable and easy to wear, whether I’m resting or moving around. I’ve been using it constantly for swelling and soreness — such a must have if you’re looking for an icepack or recovering from an injury!
I absolutely love the gel sleeve. It's so easy to put on after my rehab sessions/walks/swims and ensures I have swelling under control. An absolute must if you're going through knee injuries.
I absolutely love the medium hot and cold compression sleeve for my knee. It makes icing so easy and convenient just taking it out of the freezer after a physio exercise session. It can go straight on the skin without needing to wrap a tea towel underneath and there's no freezer burn on the skin. It's magic. A rehab essential!
It is VERY cold initially but one soon gets used to it. I like it because it treats the top and sides and bottom of my foot. It has a really nice feel to it, whilst expensive, I feel it is well worth it. Highly recommend.

Sprained a ligament in my knee playing netball. I purchased an BodyIce bag. So much better than a bag of peas. Secure large openning means I can easily pop ice cubes in with no hassles or worries about leaks. Great product.

This is my second ice pack and I got the shoulder brace to hold the ice pack as well. Amazing! The grandpa style ice pack is the way to go. It sits well, it works well and has helped me so much. Lasts ages too. I had a very minor issue with one of my packs… contacted customer service who were so nice and so efficient. Issue fixed. No complaints. Worth the dosh.

I just love my gel BodyICE sleeves. After playing Pickelball it’s just wonderful to put the cold sleeves on my knees. Absolute heaven! I’m sure they assist in my knee recovery until the next game 😀

I purchased this to manage some knee issues that stem from endurance running. It’s super comfortable and soft and stays in place so you can move around or lie down if needed. Definitely size down if on the cusp of the L for more compression if needed. Great product. Freezes fast. Feels very cold but not painful on the skin. Can’t wait to use everyday!
I absolutely love my Bodyice wrap❣️ I had a knee replacement operation last Thursday and actually used it in the hospital. Physios commented that my knee was not as swollen as others. As I do not tolerate strong pain medication, only Panadol osteo, I found ice was my soothing pain medication. The wrap does not leak and holds sufficient ice to last a few hours. I am already very mobile and able to do all the physio exercises. I just love it❣️❣️

After my hip replacement op I found that the 11inch ice bag gave immense relief against the severe pain The shape and size of the bag allows enough ice to last for several hours, and the shape spreads across the body comfortably. This is something everyone should have in their first aid kit.
As a professional footballer and entrepreneur, I cannot recommend this product enough. It was extremely convenient after training to heat up or, at times, leave it in the freezer. I ordered another two for my mum and fellow teammate 😍 They are just too good!!
