This 2-pack of our Large 360° Compression Gel Sleeves delivers targeted hot or cold therapy to the hamstrings, thighs, knees, and groin—ideal for injury management, post-surgery recovery, or chronic inflammation.

- Large sleeve fits un-stretched 34–40cm (adds 5–10cm with stretch), 29cm long
- Best suited for knees in individuals over 95kg or for thigh/groin application
Also available in Small (ankles, shins, elbows) and Medium (knees).

Small: 11-12.5cm width * 23 cm length (sleeve circumference 22-25cm)
Medium: 12-15cm * 25cm (sleeve circumference 24-30cm)
Large: 17-20 * 29cm (sleeve circumference 34-40cm)
Mulit-Purpose Pack: Upper strap 126cm, Lower strap 75cm.
All gel sleeves are 10mm in thickness and stretch an additional 5-10cm in circumference for a compressive fit.

Fabric: 84% Polyester, 16% Elastane

Usage & Storage
For cold therapy Place your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve in the resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. It will remain flexible even under cold temperatures. Apply for 20 minutes and store in the resealable bag in the freezer for future use.
For heat therapy remove your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve from the resealable bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then test the level of heat against your skin. It should feel warm, but not too hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag for future use.

For orders outside of Australia, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

What sizes do the gel sleeves come in and how do I choose the right one?
Our gel sleeves are available in Small, Medium, and Large. Small is ideal for ankles, wrists, elbows, and children’s knees. Medium is our most popular size for knees, shins, and calves. Large fits hamstrings, thighs, groin, and larger knees (95kg+).
Is the gel sleeve reusable?
Yes. All BodyICE gel sleeves and ice packs are designed for repeated use and built to last with durable, high-quality materials.
Can I put the gel sleeve directly in the freezer?
Yes. Place the gel sleeve in a sealed bag to keep it clean and freeze for at least 2 hours before use.
How do I heat the gel sleeve safely?Title
Heat in the microwave following the instructions on the pack. Always test the temperature before applying to skin.
Can the gel sleeve be worn while exercising?
Whilst they offer comfortable compression, we recommend using the gel sleeve before or after activity, during rest, for optimal recovery.
Will the sleeve stay in place without slipping?
Yes. The stretch fabric and snug fit keep it securely in place, even when you’re moving around.
What are your gel compression sleeves made from?
Our gel sleeves are made from non-toxic hydrogel which is composed of water 33%, polyacrylamide 23.8% and glycerol 43.2%.
