The BodyICE Recovery 360° Compression Gel Sleeve is an all-in-one solution for targeted hot or cold comfort. Made with non-toxic hydrogel, it retains temperature while staying soft and flexible even when frozen — ensuring comfortable, 360° coverage and compression.
The large sleeve is a great option for supporting the knee, hamstring, and groin areas after activity, delivering cooling support and compression.
Large: Un-stretched sleeve circumference 34–40 cm, length 29 cm.
All gel sleeves are 10 mm thick and stretch an additional 5–10 cm for a snug, compressive fit.
Small: 11-12.5cm width * 23 cm length (sleeve circumference 22-25cm)
Medium: 12-15cm * 25cm (sleeve circumference 24-30cm)
Large: 17-20 * 29cm (sleeve circumference 34-40cm)

For cold therapy, place your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve in the resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. It will remain flexible even under cold temperatures. Apply for 20 minutes and store in the resealable bag in the freezer for future use.
For heat therapy remove your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve from the resealable bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then test the level of heat against your skin. It should feel warm, but not too hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag for future use.

Been using the BodyICE gel compression knee sleeve for about a few weeks post surgery and it's been a genuine upgrade to my recovery. Full coverage around the joint, stays cold, easy to use daily. Fantastic and Practical! I suffer from chronic pain in my legs, shoulders and back. I have been using the BodyICE Neoprene wraps & ice bags for some years now and I thought I'd give the Compression Gel Sleeves ago so I bought one in each size. They are so easy to use and very practical as I can move around easily whilst wearing them. I get good compression from each of the sizes, plus they stay cold for a desirable amount of time and give good relief from pain, swelling and muscle soreness!.
