How long does a reusable ice pack stay cold?
Our BodyICE Recovery packs can stay cold for approximately 2 to 4 hours. The duration can vary depending on factors such as:
- The room temperature
- The usage conditions.
Our BodyICE Kids and BodyICE Woman gel bead ice packs retain their cold for up to 20 minutes.

Do you have different a sizes of ice packs?
Yes, we have a wide variety of ice packs in Australia for sports injuries, postpartum ice packs as well as ice packs for kids. From small, medium and large sizes, we have all sizes to meet your individual needs.
What is the difference between a reusable and disposable ice pack?
Disposable ice packs are designed for single use only and not a sustainable option. They often contain toxic chemicals. Once you have activated and used a disposable ice pack, it cannot be reactivated or reused.
Our reusable ice packs are designed to be used many times over and are a more effective and sustainable option. Proper storage and care will prolong the use of your ice pack so follow product instructions carefully.
I have placed an order, what now?
Once your order has been processed and payment accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt of payment. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24hrs of order confirmation Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. (ex public holidays and sales periods).
How long does it take to receive an order dispatched within Australia?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Express Post (within Australia) takes up to 1-2 business days.
Standard delivery (within Australia) takes up to 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery to Western Australia takes up to 4-6 business days. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

When choosing bank transfer as your payment option there will be a delay in dispatching your order whilst we wait for funds to transfer.
How long does it take to receive an order dispatched internationally?
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping can take anywhere from 5-21 days depending on which country your order is being delivered to. Orders may be subject to delays in customs pending particular items. Should there be any delay in your order you will be notified via the email you have provided.
International orders are shipped at your own risk, damaged items delivered through international shipping methods will not be replaced or refunded.
What if my parcel goes missing?
We will endeavor to follow up on any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf.
Should you believe your parcel is missing or lost please contact us on info@bodyice.com.au.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
What if my parcel is damaged?
If you receive your order and find it to be damaged in transit, we will replace it within 2 weeks of your order being received.
