Dimensions:
Medium: Un-stretched sleeve circumference is 24-30cm, 25cm long.
All gel sleeves are 10mm in thickness and will stretch an additional 5-10cm in circumference for a compressive fit.
Ilari, Anni and Lauri wear medium on their knee. They are between 165cm and 180cm tall and weigh between 55-70kg.
James wears medium on his elbow. He is 193cm and weighs 100kg.

Usage & Storage
For cold therapy Place your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve in the resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. It will remain flexible even under cold temperatures. Apply for 20 minutes and store in the resealable bag in the freezer for future use.
For heat therapy remove your BodyICE Compression Gel Sleeve from the resealable bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then test the level of heat against your skin. It should feel warm, but not too hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is achieved. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag for future use.

For orders outside of Australia, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
