Dimensions:
Large: Un-stretched sleeve circumference is 34-40cm, 29cm long.
All gel sleeves are 10mm in thickness and will stretch an additional 5-10cm in circumference for a compressive fit.
Lydia & Anni wear Large on their thigh. They are 157cm and 165cm and under 60kg.
James wears large on his knee. He is 193cm and weighs 100kg.

Usage & Storage
For cold therapy Place yourBodyICE Compression Gel Sleevein
the resealable bag in the freezer for a minimum of two hours. It will remain flexible even under cold temperatures. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag in the freezer for future use.
For heat therapy remove yourBodyICE CompressionGel Sleevefrom the resealable bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then test the level of heat against your
skin. It should feel warm, but not too hot. Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is
achieved. Apply for 20 minutes and store in resealable bag for future use.
